2. 2 Passport size picture white background with SIGNATURE OVER PRINTED NAME at the back
3. Valid passport - 6 months
4. Old passport W/ visas
5. Bank Statement or Certified True Copy of Passbook
6. Original Bank Certificate
7. Invitation Letter or Statutory Declaration - from your relatives in Australia and evidence that they have the necessary funds to pay for your visit (if your relatives support to your trip)
8. Any proof of asset.
9. Birth Certificate
10. Marriage Certificate - if applicable
11. Medical Certificate -  if 70 years old and above from accredited hospital of Australia.
12. Photo copy of all documents submitted

• Original Employment Certificate stating your Position, Tenure of Service and Income w/ Benefits.
• Photocopy of Approved Leave of Absence

• Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return

For Business Owner

• Photocopy of DTI or SEC
• Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return

For Students

• Original School Certificate
• Photocopy of School ID

For Retiree

• Photocopy of senior citizen ID

• Retirement certificate for early retiree
