3. Accomplished and Signed Visa Form

4. Certification of Employment - Please state position and salary

5. Copy of Business Registrations – for self-employed applicants

6. Copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR Stamp; For Self-employed ITR must include pages with

Net income and total revenue

7. Evidence of funds

8. Original Bank Certification with Bank statements (6 months)

9. Original Bank Book for Savings Account

10. Bank Statements for the past 3 months for Current

11. Certificate of Time Deposit

12. Booking Certificate / Travel Itinerary

13. PSA Birth Certificate issued within one year

14. Invitation Letter from relative or friend in Canada (IF ANY)

15. Personal Appearance for Biometrics (Exempted: With Canada Embassy Biometrics within the last 10

years / 12yo below / 80 years old and above


Minor Applicants:

  • School registration/proof of enrollment
  • PSA (Formerly NSO) Birth Certificate
  • Affidavit of Support and Consent if not traveling with either or both parents

TRANSIT VISA
